Click 'Connect Tradovate', land on Tradovate page, log in with demo creds, redirected back to Copygram and… still says 'Not connected'. Tried Chrome + Firefox.

Channel is small, I'm admin, the Copygram bot is added. Signals look like a normal . Room is active, source is enabled, but 0 trades in logs. What am I missing?

Just upgraded from Starter to Pro. Trading account that was working is now flagged 'Inactive'. Restarted the room, reconnected the credentials, same thing. Did the upgrade reset something?

Cut size to 0.25%, no new positions Tuesday afternoon → Thursday morning. Anything still open Wednesday 1pm gets closed manually. Boring beats blown.

+11.2% over 30 days, max DD 4.1%. Three telegram sources, each capped at 0.3% per trade, no concurrent symbol overlap (allowlist split). Boring and that's the point.

Came over from a manual copying setup that took me weeks to script. Picked a telegram channel I'd been following manually, added MT5 Hosted, set 0.25% risk, hit go. First trade fired 20 minutes later. Up 2.3% the first week.

Tried to add my FTMO Demo (FTMO-Demo2) as MT4 Hosted. Copygram says 'server not supported'. I read somewhere FTMO needs MT4 Standard — can someone confirm and link me to the right guide?

Sender MT5, receiver MT5 Hosted. SL is in the original signal and visible on the sender. Receiver opens the trade but with no SL attached. Both rooms have 'Copy SL/TP' enabled.

Receiver settings → Trade Management → enable 'Move SL to breakeven on TP1'. Set the buffer to +1 pip on the entry direction. Works for MT4/MT5 receivers, not currently for Tradovate.

Provider has been -28% over 2 months. Hit rate is 35% with bad RR. On paper, reverse-copying with the same SL/TP swap should be +EV. Anyone tried this with Copygram's invert feature for more than a sample-of-one month?

I have 3 rooms running on the same prop account. Need a global daily-loss kill switch (e.g. -3%) that shuts everything down for the day. Is this in Copygram or do I need to do it on the broker side?

Some providers post 'no trading today' messages, others fire signals 30 sec after the print. I just disable my rooms 14:25–14:45 UTC and call it a day. Curious what others do.

TradingView's free plan allows webhook alerts but caps you at 1 per account. If you only need one strategy → fine. More than one → you need Pro or Pro+. Copygram itself doesn't care about your TV plan, but you'll feel the limit fast.

Sender is MT5 sending 0.10 lot EURUSD. Receiver is Tradovate (6E). I set the multiplier to 1.0 expecting 1 micro per 0.10 lot but it's opening 2 contracts. Is there a different conversion?

Just lost an evening on this. If the bot is a regular channel member it can read messages but for some channel types it can't. Promote it to admin (no permissions needed beyond default), restart the room, and signals start flowing.
