Bot not picking up trades from a channel I'm admin of

By Samir · · 52 votes · 3 comments · 1716 views

Assets: $$EURUSD

Channel is small, I'm admin, the Copygram bot is added. Signals look like a normal `BUY EURUSD 1.0850 SL 1.0820 TP 1.0890`. Room is active, source is enabled, but 0 trades in logs. What am I missing?

Confirmed, it was the wrong server name. Marking solved.

Tried it, working now — was the admin permission. Thanks!

Are you using TradingView alerts or strategy alerts? Strategy alerts pass `{{strategy.order.action}}`, plain alerts don't. Different payloads.
