Webhook signals not firing into MT5 — checked secret, still nothing

Set up a TradingView strategy alert with the JSON payload from the Copygram docs. Webhook URL + secret are correct, I tested with the curl example and got `200 ok`. But on MT5 the room shows 0 signals received. Logs are empty. Anyone hit this?
