Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Copygram (MCP)
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP agent to Copygram: manage rooms and settings by chat, and send trades to an AI Agent room safely.
Updated Oct 26, 2026
Run Copygram from your AI assistant
Connect Copygram to Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP. Then just talk: create rooms, tune receiver settings, read the logs, and send trades to an AI Agent room in plain English. Copygram copies them to your accounts with the same money management and filters as every other signal.
What your assistant can do
Set up
- Create and rename rooms
- Choose the signal source (Telegram, webhook, platform account, Live Chart, AI Agent)
- Add or remove receivers
- Connect trading accounts and webhooks
Tune and monitor
- Read and change receiver settings (risk, SL/TP, filters, trading hours)
- Start or pause rooms
- Read room logs and the execution details per receiver
- Turn room alerts on or off
Trade
- Send trade instructions to an AI Agent room
- Modify the stop loss or take profit of a trade it opened
- Close or scale out of a position
- Place trades in Live Chart rooms too
Connect in two minutes
You sign in to Copygram once and approve the connection. No API key to copy, nothing to install on your side.
- 1Open Claude (web or desktop), then Settings → Connectors.
- 2Click "Add custom connector" and paste the Copygram MCP URL.
- 3Click Connect. A Copygram sign-in page opens: log in with your email and password or a magic link.
- 4Review the access screen and click "Allow access". You are back in Claude with the Copygram tools available.
First prompt to try: "Who am I in Copygram and which rooms do I have?"
- 1Open ChatGPT, then Settings → Connectors (developer mode may need to be turned on).
- 2Create a new connector and paste the Copygram MCP URL as the server URL.
- 3Choose OAuth authentication and save. Sign in to Copygram when asked.
- 4Click "Allow access". Turn the connector on in a chat to start.
First prompt to try: "Who am I in Copygram and which rooms do I have?"
- 1Add an MCP server of type "http" (or "streamable HTTP") with the Copygram MCP URL.
- 2OAuth is discovered automatically: a Copygram sign-in page opens on first use.
- 3Click "Allow access". Any MCP-compatible client or agent framework works the same way.
First prompt to try: "Who am I in Copygram and which rooms do I have?"
- 1Run the command below in your terminal.
- 2Type /mcp inside Claude Code and sign in to Copygram when the browser opens.
- 3Click "Allow access". The Copygram tools are now available in that project.

Set up an AI Agent room
Managing rooms and settings works in any room. Sending trades needs a room whose signal source is AI Agent.
- 1
Create a room
Rooms → Create room. Name it, e.g. "AI Desk". - 2
Pick "AI Agent" as the signal source
Click the sender card, then choose AI Agent. The sender shows "AI Agent (MCP)". - 3
Add receivers and their settings
Add the accounts that should trade and set their money management, SL/TP and filters as usual. - 4
Press Start
Only a running room accepts instructions. Pause it any time to stop the assistant from trading.
Or just ask: "Make my room 'AI Desk' an AI Agent room." The assistant can switch the signal source for you.
What happens when you ask for a trade
- 1
You ask
"In AI Desk, buy 0.10 EURUSD at market, SL 1.0820, TP 1.0950." - 2
The assistant confirms
It restates symbol, direction, order type, size, SL and TP and waits for your yes. - 3
Copygram checks the room
The room must be yours, running, and have the AI Agent sender. Otherwise nothing is sent and the assistant tells you why. - 4
The engine executes
The instruction is parsed and executed on every receiver, with that receiver's own money management and filters. - 5
You see it in the logs
The room logs show the signal as "Sent from AI Agent (MCP)" with the result on each receiver.
Example prompts
Copy one, change the names to yours, and paste it into your assistant.

Ways to use it with other AI agents and tools
Copygram is the execution layer. Your assistant, plus any other connectors you give it, is the brain.
Research → trade
Pair Copygram with a news, calendar or market-data connector. Ask the assistant to read the calendar and recent price action, propose entry, stop, target and size, and submit only after you confirm.
"Check today's USD news and the EURUSD trend. If there is no high-impact event in the next 2 hours, propose a trade for "AI Desk" with 1% risk and wait for my confirmation."
Second opinion
Copygram already scores every signal with its own AI. Add your assistant's reasoning on top before anything is sent.
"Before you submit, give me the risk:reward of this trade and the strongest argument against taking it."
Risk guardian
Give the assistant your rules and let it enforce them: pause rooms during news, tighten stops, close everything before the weekend.
"My rules: never more than 2 open trades per room, close everything at 20:00 London, pause rooms 30 minutes before red news. Check my rooms now and act."
Portfolio operations
One instruction reaches every receiver in the room, each with its own money management. Use the assistant to roll out setting changes across many rooms and accounts in one go.
"Across all my rooms, set the maximum lot to 0.5 and require an AI score of 65 on every receiver. Show me a summary before applying."
Scheduled routines
Assistants that support scheduled tasks can run a checklist at the session open or close: review logs, report, or place a planned order. Keep the room paused outside the window as a hard stop.
"Every weekday at 07:55 London: activate "AI Desk", summarise yesterday's logs, then at 20:00 close open trades and pause the room."
Build your own agent
Any MCP-compatible agent framework connects with the same OAuth flow. Your agent decides, Copygram executes on the receivers with your settings, and the room's Start and Pause stay in your hands.
"Connect your agent to the MCP URL, give it a dedicated AI Agent room, and keep lot sizes small while you evaluate it."
Safety and control
Confirmation before money moves
The assistant is told to restate symbol, direction, order type, lot size, SL and TP and get your explicit yes. Trading actions are flagged as destructive, so clients like Claude ask you before running them.
Start and Pause are the kill switch
Instructions are accepted only while the room is running and its sender is AI Agent. Pause the room and nothing goes out, whatever the assistant says.
No secrets leave Copygram
Broker passwords, API keys and tokens are never returned to the assistant. Receiver settings come back without the credentials.
Everything is logged
Every instruction is recorded with its signal id, and the room logs show it as "Sent from AI Agent (MCP)" with the result on each receiver.
Revoke in one click
Remove the Copygram connector in your assistant to revoke its access. Access tokens are short-lived and tied to your Copygram login.
Your receiver settings still rule
Money management, the AI validation threshold, symbol filters and trading hours apply to AI Agent trades exactly as to any other signal.
Good to know
- The assistant must name the room. If you do not say which one, it lists your AI Agent rooms and asks.
- One trade per instruction. Give the symbol, direction, order type, lot size and, ideally, SL and TP.
- A new trade returns a signal id. Later changes ("move SL", "close half", "close") reuse that id, so refer to the trade in the same conversation or ask the assistant to look it up.
- Lot size is the signal's size. Each receiver applies its own money management, exactly like a Telegram or webhook signal.
- Symbols are matched by the receivers' prefix and suffix settings, so "XAUUSD" works even if your broker calls it "GOLD.m".
- Live Chart rooms and AI Agent rooms are separate senders: switch the room's signal source to use the other one.
