Dynamic equity-based sizing for funded accounts

Set risk-per-trade as a % of current equity, not starting balance. As the account grows the size scales up. As it draws down it scales down. Compounds nicely on 2-step prop challenges.

0.5% per trade on a prop is the right number. Anyone going higher is gambling with the firm's money.

The session filter dropping at the receiver (not blocking at sender) is exactly what I wanted. Didn't realise it worked that way.

Reverse-copy: I tested for 6 weeks. Slightly +EV but the variance was brutal. Not recommended unless you have a huge sample.
