Tradovate is now live as a receiver

You can now connect Tradovate accounts via OAuth and use them as a receiver in any room. Works with sims, live, and most prop firm Tradovate accounts (Apex, TopStep, etc.).

Reminder: Tradovate is receiver-only. Use Telegram, webhooks, MT4/5, or TradingView as your sender.

Known gap: trailing stops not yet supported on Tradovate receivers — coming next sprint.

Worth adding: if you're on a 2-step challenge make sure you're on the Demo2 server during phase 1.

This is on the roadmap, not next sprint but the one after. Will update here when it lands.
